FAQ
1) How long will it take you to complete my stationery order?
All orders are usually completed and dispatched in approx 5 weeks, occasionally sooner. Please note that the five weeks commences from the point where your payment has cleared and we have received all the required information back from yourselves.
2) Can I purchase a sample before I place my order?
Yes, you can buy as many wedding invitation samples in as many different designs as you wish. We encourage all our customers to purchase a sample before placing there order to make sure they are happy with the design, quality and colours. Please note that we only supply samples of wedding invitation and no other stationery item.
3) I have chosen a design but the website doesn’t give me the option to order it in the colours I want. Are you able to produce it in any different colours?
We can normally produce the invitations in a wide variety of colours - We have only listed what we feel are the most popular choices. If you would prefer a colour scheme we don’t show then just drop us an email and we will try our best to help you.
4) How do I place an order?
You can either place your order online or through the post. For more information on how to place an order please read the “How to place an Order” section on this website.
5) How do I pay for my wedding stationery?
If you are ordering online then you can pay for your wedding stationery using your card (please note that you do not require a Paypal account to use our payment gateway). Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to “wedding invitations by zoe”.
6) How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated as follows –
- Sample delivery = 0.90p for 3 or less samples, £1.80 for 4 to 6 samples.
- Less than 2KG in weight (approx 49 items or less) = £10.00 per delivery
- More than 2KG in weight = £15.00 per delivery
- Table plan = £15.00 (Additional charge due to size and fragile nature) - This will be invoiced seperately after we receive your order.

Ireland ,Isle of Man , Isle of White = £25.00 - Please contact us before placing your order. - Worldwide Postage = Please contact me to discuss before placing an order.
Please note that the charges above are per delivery and not per order. If you decide to split your stationery order then you will have to pay for each separate delivery.
7) Can I order more items at a future date if I discover that I need extra items?
Yes, we keep all customer proofs until after their wedding date so if you need to order any additional items then this is no problem.
8) Do the prices include envelopes and printing?
Yes all prices shown include envelopes and printing – There are no hidden extras.
9) Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so at any time before your proof has been approved. After your proof has been approved any refund given will be calculated and based on the amount of work already completed.
10) When should I send out my wedding invitations?
Generally speaking your wedding invitations should be sent to your guests’ approx 6 to 8 weeks before the day of the wedding.
11) Do you accept orders from outside the? UK
Yes we can accept orders from outside thebut please contact us first to discuss this. UK
12) Can I choose the font I would like?
Yes, you can choose from any of the fonts we have on our downloadable “Font List” or if you know the name of a font you would prefer, let us know and we can arrange this for you.
13) Can I change the insert wording?
Yes, you can choose from any of our sample wording or if you would prefer something different then just let us know.
14) What happens if there is a printing error on my stationery?
If there is a printing error and it is our fault then we will replace all the effected Stationery at our own cost. If a printing error has occurred after the proof has been approved then this cost will be the customer’s responsibility. As always if you have a problem, please contact us to discuss this.
15) I need my wedding invitations in a hurry…Can you help?
Yes normally we can usually do something…it’s best to send us an email with what you are looking for and then we will be able to check our bookings and see where we can fit you in.
