Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Delivery costs are charged at the following rates –
* Parcels of 49 items or less (Generally under 2KG in weight) = £10.00
* Parcels of over 50 items (Generally over 2KG in weight) = £15.00
* Table Plan = Additional charge of £15.00 due to size and fragile nature. We will invoice for this seperately after we receive your order.
* Postage to Isle of White, Isle of Man or
Ireland = £25.00 - Please contact us before placing your order. * International postage rates – Please contact us before placing your order.
Payment
You can either pay online through Paypal (you don’t need a Paypal account to do this) or you can pay by cheque made payable to – “super cupid” (Parent Company).
Samples
Wedding Invitation samples are available to order online at the normal cost plus £0.90 P&P. Sample delivery is usually about 10 days from receipt of order.
Please note that we only send samples of Wedding Invitations – we do not accept sample requests for any other stationery item.
Lead-time
The lead-time for all orders is 5 weeks from receipt of payment and the order form.
Cancelling
If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so at any time before your proof has been approved. After your proof has been approved any refund given will be calculated and based on the amount of work completed already.
Variations
All our designs are handmade therefore it is normal to expect minor variations from card to card. However this is always kept to an absolute minimum - In fact we have never had any complaints or comments about this from any of our customers.
Proofs
Proofs are always emailed to the customer for checking before any work commences. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all the details are correct and exactly how they would like them. After the proof has been approved it may not be possible to make any changes without incurring additional charges.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to approve the proof in a timely manor as any delay may effect the delivery date of the finished products.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you find there is a problem with your wedding stationery, the customer must notify us in writing (email or post) within 7 days of receipt. If the item is faulty due to the work carried out by ourselves then we will replace the products at our cost in a timely manor. If the fault is the responsibility of the customer we will try to be as fair as possible.
Privacy Policy
All personal information supplied to us is confidential and will not be supplied to any third party. The information is used to assist us with your stationery order and for our own market research purposes only.
